The AVX-MKE2 SET includes a bodypack transmitter with lavalier microphone, the plug on receiver and all accessories to operate out of the box with camcorders as well as DSLR cameras. It features self configuring digital transmission which eliminates time-consuming radio frequency setup. The ultra compact receiver rotates around the XLR connector to avoid collision with other devices mounted on your camera. It switches on and off automatically with your camera - saving battery power. RETURNS POLICY

  • The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
  • The product is defective.
  • The product was damaged in shipping.
  • The product is tampered.

 Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you another or refund the payment.

We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, Unopened.

Return and Refund will not be offered in case of the following:

  • Sound Mixer, Speakers, Microphones, Wireless Device that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any claim after 30 days of delivery.

SHIPPING

Delivery of any available product will be made within 24 hours of the order. Customers will be informed via email or call / what’s app about the delivery.

Delivery will be made by the courier company all over UAE. The standard shipping charge is AED 15 which will be delivered within 1-2 working days. The express shipping charge is AED 50 delivery will happen on the same working day. 

Friday: Express delivery will be made only within Dubai & Sharjah on Fridays. 

Cancellation Policy

The order can be cancelled within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
